  • Heat your oven to 170C fan. Stir the nuts, oil, paprika, chilli and rosemary together and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strip the leaves from the rosemary and combine with the salt in a mortar and grind to a coarse powder. Add the parsley flakes and toss through the nuts. Allow to cool and serve.
