Apple Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream

- Preheat the oven to 180C fan forced.
- Place the oats, butter and sugar in a bowl and use clean hands to mix and make crumbly.
- Place the apple into a frying pan, place over a medium heat. Add the sugar, raisins and lemon juice, allow to simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add a pinch of salt and the almond meal. Place in an oven proof dish, scatter with the crumble, and bake for 8-12 minutes or until slightly golden. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
